The questions you bring are the heart of your QHHT session. They're how you tell your Higher Self what matters most to you — the threads you most want understood, healed, or made clear.
If you're staring at a blank page wondering what to ask, you're in good company. Almost everyone feels that way at first. So I put together this list to spark your thinking.
A few gentle notes before you read:
- These are starting points, not a script. Use the ones that resonate, reword them in your own voice, and add your own. The best questions are the ones that are truly yours.
- Bring more than you think you'll need — 10 to 20 is ideal. We'll prioritize together at the start of your session, and your Higher Self often answers things you didn't even think to ask.
- There are no wrong questions. Practical, spiritual, painful, curious — all of it is welcome.

Take your time with this
Don't rush the list. Many people find it helpful to keep a note open for a week or two before their session, jotting questions as they arise — in the shower, on a walk, just before sleep. The ones that keep returning are usually the ones that matter.
When you arrive, we'll go through your list together and shape it so your Higher Self can give you the deepest, most useful answers possible.
